EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
WEDNESDAY, July 19, 2006; 12:00 P.M.
City of Harbor Springs City Council Chambers

Welcome/Attendance

Present: Branson, Breighner, Dika, Gallagher, Hughes, Simon
Absent: Erber, Esposito

The meeting was called to order by Tom Gallagher at 12:10 pm. Executive Director Danna Widmar and Assistant Preston McGregor were present.

Minutes
Dika made a motion to approve the minutes from May 17, 2006. Hughes seconded the motion. Motion Carried.

Financials
Gallagher reviewed May and June 2006 financials. Dika moved to approve both financial statements. Breighner seconded the motion. Motion Carried.

Business
Board members and executive committee terms were discussed along with appointments and officers for the upcoming election at the annual meeting in August 2006.
The annual meeting of members will be held on August 9, 2006 at Nub’s Nob at 7:00PM with dinner served at 6:00PM. Brad Garmon, Land Programs Director of the Michigan Environmental Council will be the speaker.

The next executive committee meeting will be August 9, 2006.
The meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
