EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
WEDNESDAY, January 9, 2008; 12:00 P.M.
City of Harbor Springs City Council Chambers

Welcome/Attendance
Present:  Branson, Breighner, Dika, Esposito, Fenton, Hughes, Simon
Absent : Gallagher, Mossburg

The meeting was called to order by Denise Simon at 12:05 pm.  Executive Director Danna Widmar and Director’s Assistant Preston McGregor were also present.

Minutes
Minutes from December 19, 2007 were presented.  Michael Esposito made a motion to approve and Kathie Breighner seconded. Motion Carried.

Financials
Widmar reported that 2007 year end financials are presently being reviewed by accountant Donna Weber and will be delivered by Friday 1/11/08. The balance sheet is good condition.  2007 financials will be delivered to Sara Smith, CPA by 1/15/08 who has promised that the 990 will be completed 2/15/08.

Old Business
Internet Access – Internet access committee will be attending a proposed Northern Michigan Broadband Cooperative organizational meeting in Gaylord on 1/16/08.

Meeting Schedule/Adjournment:
The Executive Committee - next regular meeting will be January 30, 2008 at Harbor Springs City Hall. The meeting adjourned at 1:25PM.

An informational meeting and tour of Ford Park building with Fred Geuder followed.
