The meeting was called to order by Denise Simon at 12:05 pm. Executive Director Danna Widmar, Assistant Preston McGregor and Board member Joan Fenton were also present. Minutes Dika made a motion to approve the minutes from August 30, 2006. Esposito seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Financials August and September 2006 financials were presented and reviewed by Esposito. Also included was a current cash flow report. Hughes made a motion to accept the financials as presented. The next Board of Director's meeting will be December 13, 2006 at 8AM with a location to be determined. The Executive Committee will meet on November 29th at 12:00PM at Harbor Springs City Hall. Michael Esposito moved to adjourn the meeting. Mary Ellen Hughes seconded the motion. Motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 1:10PM.
