EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
WEDNESDAY, June 25, 2008; 12:00 P.M.

Welcome/Attendance

Present:  Branson,  Breighner,  Dika , Esposito , Hughes ,  Simon
Absent:  Fenton, Gallagher, Mossburg    

The meeting was called to order by Denise Simon at 12:00 pm.  Executive Director Danna Widmar and staff member Preston McGregor were also present.

Minutes

Minutes from the previous meeting were not available.

Financials/Fundraising
a. 2008 Fundraising letter campaign – Dika, Esposito, Simon, FitzSimons, Hughes and Widmar personalized the letters.  Letter stuffing occurred during the meeting.
b. May 2008 financials were reviewed and filed.

Current Business/Reports
a. M-119 Status  -  Widmar reported on the current status of the design and the upcoming soil borings at Wequetonsing Golf Course.
b. Executive Committee – Simon requested discussion of Executive Committee composition and upcoming officer elections.  Discussion occurred about future officers.  Various Board Members will be contacted and Widmar will confirm renewal dates.
c. Ford Park – Mossburg presented drawings for the proposed Ford Park renovation.  The structure will remain the same visually and many of the potential green renovations will need to be reviewed individually.  Cottage Company and Sears Architects have donated their time for the project.  Mossburg requested feedback from Executive Committee members over the next three weeks so that bids can be solicited to determine costs.

Meeting Schedule/Adjournment:
The Executive Committee – next regular meeting will be Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at noon at City Hall.  The meeting was adjourned at 1:10PM.
