The meeting was called to order by Denise Simon at 12:00 pm. Executive Director Danna Widmar and Assistant Preston McGregor were also present. Minutes Minutes from July 11, 2007 were presented. Michael Esposito made a motion to approve minutes and Rob Mossburg seconded. Motion Carried.
Financials/Fundraising June 2007 and July 2007 financials were presented. Mary Ellen Hughes made a motion to approve and Kathie Breighner seconded. Motion Carried.
Current Business Reviewed Executive Director’s report including upcoming meetings schedule, high speed internet committee notes and Safe Routes to School which will kick off in September 2007. Widmar has finished some written recommendations for a PDR program for Open Space. Emily Meyerson is reviewing the ideas for planning accuracy.
Strategic Initiatives Discussion and review of Strategic Initiatives for HARBOR, Inc. This included defining plans, identifying potential committees, programs, projects and time frames and end points.
