EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
THURSDAY, MARCH 1, 2005; 12:00 P.M.

Welcome/Attendance

The meeting was called to order by Tom Gallagher at 12:00 pm. Executive Director Danna Widmar was present. Gallagher introduced Preston McGregor, who was selected to fill the assistant position and starts today.

Board of Director’s Meeting Preparation
Gallagher reviewed the Board of Director’s meeting packet. He suggested that the Committee and Director’s Reports be brief so that everything could be covered in the hour available for the meeting. Gallagher also suggested that since there had been so much discussion in the community regarding the Nolan Property, the Board of Directors should be given a full update and have the opportunity to discuss the proposal. Widmar indicated that both Max Putters and Tom Bailey had served to provide information and answer any questions for Readmond Township and were willing to do that for the Board of Directors also. Esposito suggested that the order of the new business be changed so that the board appointment and the Strategic Plan could be reviewed and approved prior to what could be a long discussion on Nolan. Everyone agreed. The Executive Committee then discussed the Nolan Property.

The meeting adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
