EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Harbor Springs City Hall
12:00 PM – Wednesday, April 14, 2010

1) Welcome
Present: Branson, Breighner, Dika, Esposito ,Hughes, MacInnis
Absent: Benjamin, Mossburg, Simon

2) Call to Order - Charlie MacInnis called the meeting to order at 12:09PM. Also present: Tom Richards, Paul Mooradian, Danna Widmar, Executive Director; Preston McGregor – staff;

3) Approval of old minutes:
a. Executive Committee – March 17, 2010. Motion made to accept minutes by Al Dika, seconded by Mary Ellen Hughes. Motion Carried.

4) Financials / Fundraising
a. February and March Financials – Reviewed and filed

5) Current Business
a. Elections in August and September 2010 – 8 terms expire, including secretary and treasurer. Jeanne Benjamin agreed to become EC alternate; Kathie Breighner will remain on EC. Secretary and Treasurer positions/candidates discussed.
b. Annual Meeting Preparation – Annual Meeting is set for August 25 at 9:00AM at Harbor Springs History Museum. A light breakfast will be served. Meeting presentation will be ‘Intergovernmental Cooperation’ and focus on history of HARBOR Inc.

6) Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned at 12:55 PM

b. Executive Committee Meeting: Wednesday, May 26, 2010, 12:00 pm, Harbor Springs City Hall.
