Water Aerobics will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evening, from 7:30 - 8:30 pm. The course is set to music and lasts 50 - 60 minutes. We cover basic stretches and low impact exercises in both shallow and deep water. For a workout that fits your needs simply go at your own pace. If you really want to sweat, pick up the pace!
The Community Pool provides water barbells, water jogging belts, and small hand weights (2-5 pounds). Feel free to bring in your own equipment to fit your needs. If you have any questions please contact the pool office at 231-526-4824.
